Refund Policy
1. Subscriptions
Memvark Pro costs €6.99 monthly or €49 annually. Payments and subscription billing are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and merchant of record.
2. 14-day refund requests
We aim to honor refund requests submitted within 14 days of a Memvark subscription charge, including renewals, subject to Paddle’s processing and applicable law. Please contact us promptly if you wish to request one. This customer-service commitment is separate from any statutory withdrawal rights.
3. Statutory withdrawal rights
Eligible consumers may have a legal 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. Specific rules and exceptions apply to digital content and services, including where immediate performance begins with the legally required consent and acknowledgment. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer protections.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and purchase details, or contact Paddle using the link in your receipt or paddle.net. Paddle processes approved refunds, normally to the original payment method. Processing times vary.
5. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel through the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle’s customer portal. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; paid access usually continues until the end of the current period unless a refund or other lawful termination ends it sooner. Cancellation alone does not automatically refund the current period.
6. Problems accessing paid content
If you paid but cannot access Pro, contact [email protected]. We will investigate. Refunds or other remedies remain available where required by consumer law.
