1. About Memvark
Memvark is an online language-learning platform operated by Nojus Tumenas, an independent operator based in Lithuania. We offer vocabulary flashcards, example sentences and self-paced study tools. Some content is free; other content requires Memvark Pro.
2. Accounts
You sign in using your email address. Keep access to that email secure. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared, used to bypass subscription restrictions or used to interfere with the service.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Memvark Pro costs €6.99 per month or €49 per year. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled. The final price, billing frequency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Paddle is the authorized reseller and merchant of record for purchases. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel using the link in your Paddle receipt or through Paddle’s customer portal. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal, and access continues until the current paid period ends unless refunded or lawfully terminated earlier. Cancellation does not itself create an automatic refund. See our Refund Policy.
5. Permitted use
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use Memvark for your own learning. Do not scrape, copy, redistribute or resell our content, bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
6. Learning materials
We work to make lessons accurate, but language usage varies and errors can occur. Memvark does not guarantee an exam result or proficiency level. Report mistakes to [email protected].
7. Ownership
Memvark’s original software, branding, design and learning materials belong to Nojus Tumenas or their respective licensors. Access to the service does not transfer intellectual property rights.
8. Availability and changes
We may update lessons, features and the website. Temporary interruptions may occur. We will provide notices and remedies for material changes to paid digital services where required by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict accounts used unlawfully or in serious breach of these terms, with notice where appropriate. Stopping use of Memvark does not automatically cancel billing through Paddle.
10. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular educational outcome.
11. Governing law
Lithuanian law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence.
